My name is Sanjay Sachdev, I am the founder of STRATICA X Inc. and here’s my story.

My journey to this point has been shaped by two decades in the corporate world, where I gained extensive cross-functional experience in Operations, IT, Complex Deals, and Sales. I progressed through hands-on roles to senior leadership positions, including Vice President, Partner and President roles across Bell, IBM, PwC, and Aptum Technologies.

In my last role as a portfolio operating President for a $20Bn private equity firm, I led the business through a carve-out, tuck-in, turnaround, and a divestiture. This experience culminated in a successful sale/exit, and after a period of reflection during COVID-19, I founded STRATICA X INC.

Our team is comprised of a cross function of trusted subject matter experts in the Service Provider space who are supplemented with a powerful AI and ML bench. We are dedicated to helping clients craft big ideas and transform them into tangible results through rigorous execution. We shape business plans and business models, we help you refine and tech enable your business, and we drive outcomes through organic and in-organic strategies.

In one case study, we helped a client go from an idea on paper to a business plan that substantiated an 8 figure debt and equity raise. We established and executed: a solid go-to-market plan, an in/out sourcing organization model, a quote-to-cash solution and an array of products with a technology stack and operations model to support both, and finally defined their brand and launched their go-t0-market. Now, as their advisors, they have over a dozen full time staff, and sales signings tipping 7 figures.
